Gift Certificates: Looking for a gift for an outdoor living enthusiast? We offer gift certificates so they can get exactly what they want. How easy is that? Contact us to purchase gift certificates in any amount you desire.
Special Orders: A 50% deposit is required on all special orders that are shipping to our warehouse. Payment in full must be made at time of sale for all orders shipping to another location. Orders will be held until deposit is received.We will hold your furniture in our warehouse after it is received if you are not ready for it. Payment in full, however is due when it is received at our warehouse.
Layaway: This is a free service which requires a 25% deposit at the time of the layaway transaction and 25% of the total each successive month until paid off (4 months total).
Layaways that are cancelled within one week will receive a full refund. After one week but within one month, a store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued after one month (30 days). Any merchandise remaining on layaway longer than 4 months, without approval from Casual Living, will be returned to stock and all payments will be forfeited.
Delivery: Casual Living uses white glove delivery for furniture and large accessory items requiring delivery for most shipments. Furniture is blanket wrapped on the truck and carried into your home, office or commercial installation. Occasionally, furniture may be shipped via motor freight. When this is the shipping method, furniture will be boxed and is typically delivered to your door (not inside). This method of shipping requires that the receiver check the product for any damages, report damages to the shipper, carry the furniture inside and dispose of all cartons and packaging. Casual Living’s choice of shipping method is based upon several factors, including type of merchandise and destination.
Customers may pick up merchandise at our warehouse during normal business hours. Protective materials (blankets) and securing devices (bungee cords, rope) must be supplied by the customer. Please note that merchandise picked up must be inspected before loading in order to make any damage claims. Damages claimed after pick up will be assumed by the customer.
Returns: Non holiday and non special order merchandise may be returned for full credit within one week of purchase. After one week until 30 days from purchase date, a store credit will be issued for returned merchandise. After 30 days, we will not issue any refunds or accept any returns. All special orders are final sales and no refunds will be issued or returns accepted on special orders.
Holiday merchandise may not be returned.
All clearance sales are final.
