Cleaning and Care
Once you have purchased your new furniture, you will want to protect your investment. Each type of material requires its own particular care. You may select from the list of materials or from the manufacturer list to find the appropriate care information for your furniture.
Warranty
Select the name of the manufacturer from the list provided for manufacturer specific warranty information. Please note that a manufacturer’s warranty may be for differing amounts of time depending on the issue. These warranties are provided by each manufacturer. We will facilitate all claims for furniture purchased at Casual Living as a service to our customers. Please remember, however, that we, too, are bound by each manufacturer’s warranty policy.
The claim process:
- Send digital photos of the furniture clearly showing the problem.
- Provide a detailed description of the problem.
- Send a copy of the original sales receipt, if available.
If you do not have this document, provide the date of your purchase and the name under which it was purchased. Please note that most manufacturers warrant to the original purchaser only regardless of date of purchase.
- Lloyd Flanders customers: Each piece of Lloyd Flanders furniture has either one or two stickers under the aluminum frame containing a serial number. It is necessary that we have the serial number(s) to process any claim.
Once your claim has been received and processed and is determined to be a valid warranty claim, the manufacturer will advise us on how they will correct the problem. Any freight charges incurred in repairing or replacing furniture is typically the responsibility of the customer.
